1- Kargo Ne Zaman Gelir?
– Kargo süreleri kesin olmamakla beraber genelde 1-3 iş günü kadar sürmektedir.

2- Kargom Ne Kadar Tutar?
– Kargo şirketleri taşıdıkları ürünleri hacim veya ağırlıklarına göre fiyatlandırırlar. Sipariş vermek istediğiniz ürünleri sepete ekledikten sonra sepetinizde gönderim ücretini görebilirsiniz.

Cargo attendants leave a compass at the door if they cannot reach anyone at the delivery address. This compass contains the address and telephone information of the cargo branch that delivered to you. The cargo branch will keep your product waiting for 3 days and if it cannot reach you within this period, it will send your order back. When you cannot receive your cargo because you are not at your address, you can reach your cargo branch with the information on the compass and get detailed information. In such cases, we recommend that you contact the cargo company quickly and then request a cargo again. If the product has already arrived at the store, you can contact the store to have the product shipped again.

4- The Product Waited for 3 Days in Cargo and It Was Back What Can I Do?
– The cargo of the products you do not receive returns to our store, and the shipping fee is reflected to the buyer for departure and arrival.

5- If the product is damaged or missing in the cargo, what to do?
– In case the product is damaged when the cargo arrives, the control of the cargo should be checked before the cargo is received. Do not send the courier at this time. If you receive the cargo without being checked, there is no exchange or refund of the product. There is a risk of breakage and scratching in some of our products, and it is assumed that you accept this risk at the time of order.

6- Is there air cargo?

8- My Order Has Not Received What Should I Do?
– If the store has given the order to cargo, the delay may have been caused by the cargo company. You can reach us from the phone numbers or e-mail address in the Contact section and get information about the status of your cargo.

9- Can I change the delivery address after the product is shipped?
– For changes in the delivery address, the courier company receives 2 payments.

10- Can I Use the Cargo Company or Warehouse I Want?
– You can request shipping with another cargo company or warehouse company that you have an agreement with or not.
