DELIVERY IN TURKEY

Cargo is not sent and delivery is not made on public holidays and Sundays. In addition, the cargo company does not come to pick up the products after 17:00. These orders are shipped on the next working day.

Warehouse companies, on the other hand, receive and deliver shipments except for public holidays and Saturdays and Sundays. Notification must be given by 15:00 noon. These orders are shipped on the next working day.

Cargoes to Ankara are sent in 1 business day, other cities in 2 business days, provided that there is no mishap.

In regions where the cargo company does not have a branch, this period may extend up to 1 week. These are the times published on the cargo supplier’s website.

Our company has an agreement with Aras Cargo. If you want it to be sent with a different cargo, the product will be delivered to the cargo you want, but the cargo charges will be high if you do not have an agreement with that cargo.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

In international cargoes, we generally use UPS or DHL for partial transportation. Apart from this, logistics companies that go to that country frequently on the basis of parcels or sacks are used.

Cargo by air cargo takes 3-6 working days to Europe, West Asia and the Middle East, and 5-9 working days to America, Australia, Far East and Africa.

Shipping charges are priced according to the volume/weight status after your order and you are informed.
