RETURN TERMS

Our company protects consumer rights and prioritizes after-sales customer satisfaction. Any dissatisfaction with the products you have purchased, any problems arising from production and service are meticulously evaluated and resolved as soon as possible. If any of these are missing, product returns are not accepted.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

The production or preparation process starts right after your order reaches us, if your order has not entered the printing program, you can cancel it without paying any fee.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Printed, tailor-made products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Lack of letters, word errors, graphical errors, if any, do not belong to our company, since approval is received at the beginning of the process.

ABOUT OTHER TERMS AND RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

a- If the buyer receives the wrong product or asks for an exchange, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer.
b- If the product / products you want to return are defective, if they are sent with our contracted cargo companies, the cargo fee is covered by our company.

In product changes, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.

1. PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

a- Returns of products that have been opened, used or damaged are not accepted.
b- The product to be returned must be delivered as received within 14 days, complete and undamaged with its standard accessories.

c- Personal or company-specific logo, name, photo, etc. Printed product is not refundable.

2. INVOICE OF THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

a- For the return process, the invoice of the product must be sent in full. 2 copies of the invoice are sent to the customer, 2 copies should be sent for returns.

SENDING THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

The product to be returned can only be received by the contracted Yurtiçi Cargo. Apart from this, the return of the products that we have received with any cargo company will be accepted if the shipping fee is met, otherwise it will not be accepted.
General return conditions are as follows;
– Returns of products that have lost their resaleability feature and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.

-Products taped with cargo parcel tape are not accepted.

– You must send the original invoice (all copies you have) together with the product you want to return.
– If the product / products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In this case, you have to send with contracted cargo. In other cases, the shipping fee is yours.
